Upgrading operating essentials
1. extract the firmware upgrade package PTV get called "install.img" upgrade firmware, and stored in the root directory of U disk
2. using the OTG cable is marked with the words 'USB' on the U disk and create a connection interface PTV
3. with a thimble hold down the button for mode switching PTV PTV give electricity supply (the new version of PTV direct hand and hold the button down the side of a small power to give PTV), when the TV screen appears "realtek-please wait for When the words USB update ", indicating the beginning of the upgrade.
4. the upgrade process does not require a human operator.
5. when the TV screen appears upgrade progress reaches 100%, and the emergence of the word "Install completed", it means that the upgrade was successful. 
6. after the upgrade is successful PTV will automatically reboot into the new system.

How to easily install Rockchip Rockusb Driver for Windows 8.1 & Windows 10 x64 bit

First download Rockchip driver USB fix archive from here, here or here. The archive contains two system files: usbhub.sys & usbport.sys (x64 & x86 versions).

Go to your system folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers and back-up these 2 files (usbhub.sys & usbport.sys). Then run as admin the file 'franken-usb.bat' or copy over yourself the provided 2 files from the archive over the original existing ones in C:\Windows\System32\drivers. 

Restart your PC. Install RockUSB driver with Rockchip Driver Assistant. Run Rockchip Batch Tool v1.7 and if the first block is pink then press 'Switch' button to turn it into green. The press 'Restore' button to flash the new firmware on your Rockchip CPU device (in my case a RK3188 tablet).

How to install KitKat 4.4.4 on your Nexus device without waiting for Google OTA Update

First of all just download Nexus Root Toolkit 1.8.3 from here, here or here. Install it, run it and select your Nexus model type. Download KitKat 4.4.4 (KTU84P) image file from here https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
Enable 'USB Debugging' on your device, then choose 'Flash Stock + Unroot' and select 'Other/Browse...' + 'I downloaded a factory image...'. Choose TU84P image file. Follow the onscreen instruction and that's all.

Important: this upgrade will wipe all user data, so better make a back-up first.

Successfully tested earlier today on my Google Nexus 4 LG 960.
